Return Policy

We want you to be happy and feel comfortable trying new products with your FlawlessSkinForever purchase, so if you are not completely satisfied, please send an email with your request to returns@FlawlessSkinForever.com before 30 days of your purchase date. We will then provide you with a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly handle your return without the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must be postmarked within 2 weeks of receiving an RMA number, otherwise refund will be forfeited. Returns without a RMA will incur a fee of 15% of the order total.

Simply return the unused portion and we will gladly refund your original payment method for the full amount, less shipping. If you received a free gift with your purchase, the gift must be included in the return, otherwise the cost of the free item will be deducted from the refund.

  • If subsequent orders of the same product(s) are made after the original purchase of the product(s), they are not eligible for a refund.  Orders with four (3) or more of the same product are not eligible for a refund.
  • Used FSF products first purchase order providing it’s within the 30 days and less than 20% has been used of the first order. All other items ordered must be unused and in original packaging and received back in salable condition.
  • If you're returning multiples of the same item, only one can be opened for a full refund. The other's must be completely sealed in the original packaging, otherwise they are not eligible for a refund.
  • If there are more than 3 or more orders placed within a thirty (30) day window, any order within that timeframe is not eligible for a refund.
  • We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to irregular or excessive returns, reselling and potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
  • Item must have been purchased from www.FlawlessSkinForever.com online store to be returned as we don’t accept retail store location returns.
  • Return must be postage paid by purchaser. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Specially discounted or SALE items may not be returned.
  • All return requests must be made within 30 days of product receipt.


If you are notified that your package is delivered, but you have not received it, you must notify us within 7 days. After 7 days, you will be responsible for dealing with the shipping carrier, as we do not assume liability for missing or lost packages.

We recommend returning your item with a reliable carrier that includes tracking, or that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.

If your purchase was made on a card that is no longer active, we will only be able to issue store credit.

Broken Package

We take it upon ourselves to ensure your package arrives safely, so we will replace any items that arrived damaged in transit.  Please email us as soon as you receive your order.  We may ask for photos of the damaged package.  Please also file a claim with the USPS as they are responsible for the damage.

Returns with Dealer/Outside Purchase

Items purchased from other retailers, dealers or resellers and not directly from our website are not eligible for return, refund, store credit or exchange. Returns are only accepted from purchases on our website.
